Music Ministry

Worship Services Press Kit

Love, light, and laughter are at the heart of Mandy Lynn Danzig’s music. She plays almost anything with strings, and accompanied by Alisa Jo on vocals, Mandy's performances run through genres as if she were a bee in a field of wildflowers. Her years working as a licensed therapist and activist have left her with a deep dedication to social justice, leading her to write lyrics and melodies that one critic described as “songs that appeal to the heart and mind as well as the ear” (Greg Harness, Rootsworld Magazine).

Religious Community

Music ministry and worship services are a core part of Mandy's community engagement as she is able to speak to both her Jewish and Christian roots. She is a versatile performer with her repertoire consisting of themes of hope, transition, grief, and acceptance. She also maintains an extensive holy day and holiday repertoire.
Working with the community as a licensed therapist with additional higher education in ministry, she is a frequent performer at her synagogue and many congregations including United Church of Christ, Methodist, and Unitarian Universalist.
